Are your technicians still available for on-site support?

Our technicians safety is our goal. For our business customers we are still available on a per case decision basis for on-site service to ensure the continuity of your essential business operations.

For our home customers, we will be adding a dedicated block of time for remote support requests each day. As long as you have internet our technicians will be able to help you with your Computer, Tablet, Phone, and other connected devices. No Internet? feel free to call us and see if we can help.

How do I get help?

For your convenience and to receive dedicated one on one help with our Technicians here is a scheduling link, the slots are first come first serve, only available times will be available to select.

Dedicated support hours are currently from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. MDT. Monday - Saturday

Our normal business hours will be extended to 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. MDT Monday - Friday

I need to work from home, or my employees need to work from home, can you help?

Let our experts, take the pressure off of you, or your staff with our Remote Computer Access service. We have several affordable options for any level of access you need. Whether you are trying to offer your employees temporary, easy access to their work computers from home without changing any firewall or security settings. Or if you are looking for a more scalable road warrior/remote access solution we can help.

How much does this cost?

For Remote Access to your computer from home, the program starts as low as $10.00 / per user / per month.

For security purposes we do require permission from your employer/CEO for allowing remote access.

As a business or Employer you always have the option of upgrading to our Managed IT Program, which allows our trained technicians to securely maintain your computer systems, patches, security software, data backup/recovery as well as being able to include remote access to any managed device.
